# ViX at Disney World, scaled for emotion instead of spectacle.

A high-pressure Disney World production became one of NDA's defining large-crew moments in Miami, turning park storytelling into emotionally led campaign content for Hispanic audiences.

Overview

After earlier collaborations such as [ViX: Artista Destacado](https://newdiscovery.agency/case-studies/vix-artista-destacado/) and [ViX: Canciones](https://newdiscovery.agency/case-studies/canciones-vix/), ViX brought NDA into a larger challenge: build Disney World campaign content that felt emotionally immediate for Hispanic audiences across the United States, Mexico, and Brazil.

[ViX](https://vix.com/) needed more than tourism footage. The campaign had to translate the atmosphere of [Walt Disney World](https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/) into short-form digital stories that felt culturally relevant and emotionally engaging rather than generic destination promotion.

For Growth, this became one of the highlight productions from our time in Miami. We led a crew of **30-plus people**, coordinated park movement, talent, and on-site decision-making, and kept the storytelling anchored in emotional moments rather than spectacle alone.

The Challenge

## Run a large crew inside Disney,
_without losing the feeling that makes the story land._

The brief called for branded digital storytelling aimed at Hispanic audiences in three markets. That meant the production had to balance emotion, pace, brand expectations, and multilingual adaptation while working inside a live park environment with tight timing and little room for operational drift.

The harder part was scale. The campaign involved dozens of people moving through attractions, cast timing, family moments, and production constraints that changed by the hour. If the team handled the logistics but missed the emotional beats, the campaign would have looked expensive but forgettable.

The Approach

## Scout fast.
_Move faster. Protect the emotional center._

NDA moved quickly into Florida, assessed the park flow firsthand, and rebuilt the production plan around what could realistically be captured with quality. Routes, attractions, talent timing, and scene logic all had to be rethought in relation to the real environment instead of the paper version of the shoot.

The storytelling strategy was simple but demanding: favor scenes that could carry wonder, intimacy, and cultural resonance. One of the strongest examples was a father and daughter visiting Disney together and meeting Elsa for the first time. That kind of moment gave the campaign its emotional weight and separated it from generic travel advertising.

By treating the assignment as a content system rather than a one-off shoot, NDA could build a package of deliverables that worked for platform distribution while still feeling coherent at the campaign level. That is the same operating logic behind [Growth](https://newdiscovery.agency/growth/) and the broader [Content Production](https://newdiscovery.agency/growth/content-production/) work we do for brands that need both production control and audience sensitivity.

Behind the Scenes

## The BTS matters here because
_the final content only worked if the on-site machine held together._

- ![Disney World behind the scenes with Elsa](https://newdiscovery.agency/assets/case-media/vix-disney-world/disney-bts-elsa.jpg)
Emotional scenes like the Elsa moment were never accidental. They required timing, crew discipline, and strong judgment about which moments were actually worth following.
- ![Disney World crew behind the scenes](https://newdiscovery.agency/assets/case-media/vix-disney-world/disney-bts-crew.jpg)
This project was a genuine large-crew operation. NDA was not only filming. We were leading movement, coordination, and execution under park constraints.
- ![Disney World production set behind the scenes](https://newdiscovery.agency/assets/case-media/vix-disney-world/disney-bts-set.jpg)
Set-side production frames are stronger proof here because they show the camera, blocking, and crew logic required to keep the campaign moving inside a live park environment.
- ![Disney World cast and production behind the scenes](https://newdiscovery.agency/assets/case-media/vix-disney-world/disney-bts-cast.jpeg)
Scenes with multiple performers and family talent increased the coordination load, but they also gave the campaign its warmth and memorability.
- ![Disney World production in Miami](https://newdiscovery.agency/assets/case-media/vix-disney-world/disney-bts-miami.jpg)
For NDA, this became a defining Miami production experience: intense, fast, and operationally heavy, with very little margin for waste.
- ![NDA crew portrait during ViX Disney World production](https://newdiscovery.agency/assets/case-media/vix-disney-world/disney-bts-crew-portrait.jpg)
The BTS frames make the hidden work legible. The emotional polish of the final campaign sat on top of crew management, route planning, and constant adaptation.

The finished campaign captured Disney attractions in a way that felt more intimate and more emotionally tuned to the target audience. Instead of relying on generic spectacle, the work focused on scenes that could carry feeling and memory through digital channels.

This engagement also extended the entertainment-production playbook NDA had already proven in related ViX collaborations. It showed that the team could scale up, lead a larger crew, and still keep the content emotionally precise rather than simply operationally successful.

Capability Signal

## What this engagement reveals
_about NDA capabilities._

This case shows NDA's ability to operate inside high-expectation entertainment environments while still building content around audience-specific emotional logic. The work was not just about filming inside a recognizable place. It was about turning that place into a campaign language the market could feel.

That matters for media brands that need production teams capable of combining scale, speed, cultural sensitivity, and strong editorial judgment under real-world constraints.

## Related questions

What is after-hours lead capture?

It is the process of answering, acknowledging, and routing leads that come in after the office is closed so the business does not lose the opportunity overnight.

What is AI automation in the context of industrial marketing and revenue operations?

AI automation in industrial marketing means using AI-powered systems to handle the repetitive, time-sensitive, and data-heavy tasks in the marketing and sales process — lead response, qualification, follow-up sequencing, pipeline data hygiene, and reporting — without manual intervention. The goal is to make the revenue operation run faster and more consistently without adding headcount.

How does an AI chatbot qualify leads differently than a lead form?

A lead form collects fields. An AI chatbot conducts a conversation — asking follow-up questions based on what the prospect says, clarifying vague responses, and routing the conversation based on what it learns. A chatbot can uncover the use case, timeline, and budget in a natural exchange that a form can't replicate; it also handles the conversation at any hour without wait time.

What CRM workflows benefit most from AI enhancement in a B2B sales organization?

Lead scoring (AI models that weight behavior and firmographic signals rather than static rules), deal risk detection (identifying stalled deals before they go cold), contact data enrichment (automatically filling missing firmographic fields from external sources), follow-up sequencing (AI-triggered outreach based on deal stage and last activity), and sales call summarization (AI-generated CRM notes from call recordings).

What is funnel optimization in industrial B2B marketing?

Funnel optimization is the systematic process of identifying where potential buyers are dropping out of your marketing and sales process and improving those stages to move more of them forward. In industrial B2B, where sales cycles are long and stakeholder groups are complex, the most common drop-off points are at first qualification, during technical evaluation, and at the proposal stage — each requiring different interventions.

What systems does AI-ONE integrate with?

AI-ONE integrates with CRM platforms (including HubSpot, Salesforce, and GoHighLevel), email and SMS messaging systems, AI voice platforms, calendar and scheduling tools, and website forms and chat. The integration scope is scoped to each deployment — but the design principle is that every lead source feeds into one system, not separate ones.
