The Foro de Recursos Humanos is CANACINTRA Juárez's annual gathering of the border's HR leaders, and the 2019 edition ran from 8:45 in the morning to half past one under the theme of fostering innovation and better human-capital practice on the frontier. Entry was free. Their case was that immersive training is not a demo but a retention instrument: a worker who practises a procedure in virtual reality before touching the line learns it faster and leaves less often.
