What it shows is a technical project that had become legible to families, educators and civic partners: a real audience, in real venues, with an institution behind it. The tour came first. The community-centre visits began at the end of October 2023 in Riberas del Bravo Etapa 3 and Parajes de San José, two of the city's most vulnerable sectors, where children and teenagers saw the app and sat through talks on what heritage is and why art and technology belong together. The press conference followed, held with the Subsecretaría de Desarrollo Humano y Bien Común de la Frontera Norte, which had opened those venues; Flash Bustos Jr. is credited with making the space available. The first stage of the project was financed by the state's Eká Naweame cultural tax stimulus — Gobierno del Estado, Secretaría de Cultura and Secretaría de Hacienda — with BRP as the contributing company. Jorge Luis Cruz González, José Brock Rodríguez, Tomás Cuevas Contreras and the Asociación de Historiadores Paso del Norte are named among the collaborators. ## The press cycle is where the project _stopped being a plan and started having visitors._ Heritage technology with a public venue and an institutional frame is a different proposition from heritage technology described in a proposal.
