Uniquely Orlando, a travel film made for Passport Magazine, won a Bronze Telly Award in travel branded content in 2019. Liz Pasillas produced it with Don Tuthill.
Freddy Rodriguez directed; 66 Films produced and did the post-production; Visit Orlando and Visit Florida were partners on the piece. Pasillas announced the award alongside the company, calling it a project she had been trusted with the year before. It is the Telly in her professional title.
The Telly Awards do not publish a searchable archive of that year's winners, so the record here is the announcement from 66 Films and its producers.
Two credits in the same year, both from Miami.
The award came weeks after HBO picked up Malabar, the short film she produced and co-wrote with the same director. Both belong to the production years in Miami, before New Discovery moved to Ciudad Juárez and the work turned toward immersive technology for industry.
