BIO El Paso-Juarez plays a regional role that depends on visibility and trust: connect and strengthen the biomedical industry across the border region.
BIO El Paso-Juarez is a nonprofit organization tied to the medical-device ecosystem in the El Paso-Juarez corridor. Its mission is not only institutional. It is also economic and collaborative, requiring the organization to communicate clearly with companies, partners, and industry participants across the region.
NDA helped build that market-facing layer through branding, website support, digital strategy, and multimedia communications. The work had to strengthen visibility, message discipline, and regional credibility at the same time.
Increase awareness and relevance
for a regional industry organization.
BIO El Paso-Juarez needed a stronger way to communicate its benefits, services, and role inside the local biomedical ecosystem. If the message stayed diffuse, the organization would have less leverage to grow participation, strengthen recognition, and support the broader industry it was designed to serve.
Improve the communications layer,
then support it with brand and multimedia assets.
NDA identified opportunity areas across the brand and digital experience, then developed a coordinated action plan spanning corporate image, web presence, digital communication strategy, and multimedia content. The objective was to make BIO easier to understand and more visible to the stakeholders that mattered most.
The support system included event communication,
webinars, and ongoing digital promotion.

The metrics matter because they support
the story of reach and participation.

Two assets, two roles:
institutional narrative and virtual-tour extension.
The first video carries the organization’s main regional story. The second acts as a virtual-tour asset that extends the digital experience. They are intentionally different proof types.
