When physical visits became difficult during the pandemic, Enalte needed a new way to sell properties without flattening the emotional experience of walking through them.
Enalte Desarrollos develops housing communities built around lifestyle, green areas, and modern residential amenities. The original matrix CSV shows that Innovation did not solve this with a single tool. It built a broader immersive stack combining Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, and WebVR.
That combination let Enalte keep moving sales conversations even when in-person showings were constrained. Instead of treating digital presentation as a stopgap, the engagement reframed it as a richer sales-enablement layer.
Make remote property selling feel
detailed, persuasive, and accessible.
Enalte faced a real estate problem sharpened by Covid-era restrictions: prospects could no longer rely on normal site visits, but they still needed enough immersion to imagine themselves inside the homes and communities being sold.
That meant solving for more than visualization. The experience needed to preserve excitement, improve understanding, and stay accessible across different devices and buyer behaviors.
Use multiple immersive formats,
each solving a different sales need.
NDA designed a coordinated system of immersive tools. VR applications allowed prospects to explore furnished homes in greater depth, including experiences tied to the Azure and Aruma models and room-by-room visualization. Augmented Reality supported lot visualization and helped the sales team communicate property options more effectively.
WebVR added a practical browser-based layer so immersive access did not depend only on specialized setups. That widened reach and gave Enalte a more flexible path from awareness to serious sales interest.
A more resilient digital sales process
for a constrained real-estate market.
The engagement helped Enalte maintain momentum in a market where traditional visits were constrained. More importantly, it gave the company a better long-term model for presenting homes digitally, with immersive tools matched to different stages of buyer interest.
This umbrella case also provides the clearest English framing for the broader Enalte work, making separate thin duplicate pages less necessary until a later content pass.
What this engagement reveals
about NDA capabilities.
This case shows NDA's ability to build practical immersive systems for real commercial environments. The work was not technology for its own sake. It was designed to keep a real-estate sales process moving when traditional presentation methods were no longer enough.
That makes the project especially relevant for companies that need advanced visualization to reduce friction in high-consideration buying decisions.
