VEXPO needed to prove that a professional summit could still feel interactive and commercially useful when the audience could not gather in person.
VEXPO was built to bridge real-world exhibitions with immersive digital environments. The specific engagement centered on the 3rd Annual Medical Device Virtual Summit and Trade Show, where the challenge was to recreate business interaction in a remote format during the pandemic.
NDA helped shape that experience through web development, immersive environments, and integrated live-communication tooling. The work fits alongside other remote-experience projects, but with a more explicit B2B and conference orientation.
Replicate the usefulness of a live trade show
without relying on a physical venue.
Professional events are not only about watching presentations. People attend to browse booths, discover companies, talk in real time, and make business connections. Pandemic conditions made all of that harder.
VEXPO needed a virtual format that could preserve enough of that interaction to make the event worth attending. A flat webinar experience would not be enough for a summit built around discovery and networking.
Use WebVR, 3D booths, and live tools
to make the event feel navigable and active.
Innovation supported the event with web development, WebVR integration for immersive experiences, and Zoom API integration for webinars and real-time communication. The team also created interactive 3D stands so participants could move through a more exhibition-like environment instead of consuming the event as a static stream.
That mix of immersive navigation and live communication helped VEXPO offer something closer to a digital venue than a simple broadcast page.
The visuals show how the summit was translated
into a space people could actually navigate.

A virtual summit experience that expanded access
while preserving interaction and discovery.
VEXPO demonstrated that professional conferences could still create interaction, discovery, and commercial value when delivered through immersive tools rather than traditional event infrastructure.
