At half past ten on Wednesday, November 13, 2019, Jonalex Herrera and Liz Pasillas took the floor at CANACINTRA Juárez with a talk titled "Cómo aumentar la retención y reducir la rotación en la Industria 4.0".

The Foro de Recursos Humanos is CANACINTRA Juárez's annual gathering of the border's HR leaders, and the 2019 edition ran from 8:45 in the morning to half past one under the theme of fostering innovation and better human-capital practice on the frontier. Entry was free.

Their case was that immersive training is not a demo but a retention instrument: a worker who practises a procedure in virtual reality before touching the line learns it faster and leaves less often. It is the argument the company had been making all year, at Bosch's Innovation Day in August and at Border Tech in September, and the one that later turned into the Johnson & Johnson training work.

A month later they took the same material into a free webinar hosted by Inés Velasco of Sigma Solutions, on December 12, 2019.
